Shiv Sena gave a Brilliant statement on CAA and NRC of Modi government.. महाराष्ट्र में शिवसेना ने भी इस कानून का विरोध किया है। शिवसेना की सहयोगी पार्टी एनसीपी के प्रमुख शरद पवार ने कहा कि यह कानून महाराष्ट्र में लागू नहीं होगा तो वहीं शिवसेना ने कहा हम अपने राज्यो के अल्पसंख्यकों के अधिकारो कि रक्षा करेंगे आपको बता दे राज्यसभा ने इस कानून के लिए वोटिंग के समय वॉक आउट कर दिया..
