INGREDIENT
2 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
1/8 tsp medium coarse salt
20 g (2 1/2 Tbsp) pine nuts (I used sunflower seeds because of my kids nut allergy)
50 g fresh basil (about 3 1/2 to 4 cups)
50 g (1/2 cup) parmesan cheese (grated)
90 ml (3 fl oz) olive oil
