The Elevate Project is the social responsibility Initiative of AIIR Consulting. Through top-tier, pro-bono coaching, The Elevate Project helps leaders cascade their impact, thereby uplifting entire purpose-driven organizations. The Elevate Project launched in 2019 with a focus on veterans' organizations, including Team Red, White, and Blue and American Dream University. The world-class global AIIR team volunteered to donate their time, giving these organizations access to elite leadership development services that are typically out of reach for nonprofits.
As The Elevate Project grows in 2020, focus will be expanding to include additional causes. AIIR has already partnered with Youth, Inc. and will be working with additional youth programs, as well as minority and women's programs.
