[Weather] Extreme cold weather grips S. Korea with temperatures far below freezing

Let's start with the bone-chilling temperatures we are being forced to endure here in Korea.

Jeehyun, just how cold is it.... and how long is this cold snap expected to last?
Good morning. You really need to dress extra warmly this morning, lows have dropped to below minus 10 degrees for most of the upper region.
Cold wave advisories have been expanded to the Chungcheong-do Provinces with readings dropping 5 to 10 degrees Celsuis compared to yesterday.
But this cold front shouldn't last too long, readings will jump once the sun rises and highs will rebound to the positive side this afternoon.
But for now, most regions, even those of you down south in Busan are waking up to subzero temperatures so wrap up nice and tight on your way out. Despite the cold, sunny skies will dominate all day.
The air is getting drier too. Dry weather alerts are in place in many regions, including here in Seoul. Apply moisturizer and drink plenty of water.
The cold snap will ease tomorrow and fairly bearable temperatures are on tap for the weekend, but central regions will see mix of light rain and snow tomorrow morning.
