The Department of state services has sent a delegation to the federal high court to apologise for their invasion of the court as Omoyele Sowore appeared before the judge. Lead counsel to Mr Sowore confirmed this to TVC News today.
This revelation comes two days after the DSS denied invading the court room to arrest Mr Sowore. The secret service had said its men were stationed outside and the pandemonium in court was caused by Mr Sowore's supporters.
