2 Tips to Develop Your Strumming | Rhythm Guitar Lesson

Here is lesson 1:


In this guitar lesson, Steve Stine discusses rhythm and strumming techniques to further develop your rhythm skills.
1. Learn how to listen to a song and learn to develop a "scratch" downstrums to the rhythm of that song
2. Practice scratching along with the song, learning to keep the strum/scratch going AND listen to the song at the same time.
3. Begin learning to add "upstrums" in between the downstrums
4. Watch for the 3rd video to put it all together
