Car drives on wrong side of the road near RAF base linked with Harry Dunn inquest

Dramatic footage shows a blue BMW driving on the wrong side of the road near RAF Croughton. Northamptonshire chief constable Nick Adderley has demanded an urgent meeting with the commander of the military base. Police revealed details of a separate incident in which a police vehicle was struck by a car being driven on the wrong side of the road in October.
