People always ask me if I'll do something 'bigger' and 'more exciting' than single-lets, rented to families or couples etc. That's all subjective, because it may sound exciting and 'wow', but have you seen the challenges that come with big projects? Especially new builds, the risks too.
I'm not afraid of them, but I like taking the path of most efficiency to the best result, simple as that. Now isn't the time for me to be doing these bigger projects, that cost more, risk more and take way longer than your standard BTLs.
