My top 3 interval hacks and tricks for the 2020 season so far. My tips will help you get through the last few intervals in your sets and stay focused on your bigger goals for later in the season. Getting the work done now (even at 85% of what is prescribed) will pay dividends later when bike racing season hits in full swing. You get through a warm-up, you get the first 1 or 2 done and then the wheels fall off right? Well maybe it's not your legs, but your brains. Try these little tricks to get ahead on your cycling intervals and start completing your interval training on trainerroad instead of quitting early.
