Paramotor Cross country flight to RAF Bicester- RAFA40 - The long way round.

This paramotor flight from old RAF Turweston to RAF Bicester was the longest route for the shortest distance. There are so many Old RAF Stations in this area it was wonderful to see so many in less than an hour.

The route took us past:
RAF Hinton-in-the-hedges
RAF Barton St John
RAF Upper Hayford
RAF Finmere
with RAF Bicester being our final stop and refuel point. It had been a very interesting day weather wise and we needed the winds to be favorable but overall the weather was on our side.

Katie and Andy were superb and for once only had an 11 mile journey compared to our 54 miles.
