School heads directed to adhere to fees guidelines

The government has warned school headteachers against charging any extra school fees besides what is contained in the official school fees circular. Education Cabinet Secretary Professor George Magoha has further directed that no student should be sent home for any school levy warning that the government will not hesitate in taking punitive action against such school heads.
