As you drive through N64 Frappe Snowland, you will see huge rolling snowballs and piranha plants on the snowfield (weird right?) The goal here is avoid ALL enemies and reach the finish line without popping a single ballon to receive three stars. One bite from a Piranha Plant, you lost your balloon. One hit from a snowball, you lost your balloon.
This commentary video is a gameplay of holding onto all balloons without touching a Piranha Plant or snowball.
Advice:
1. Drive through the sides to create a safe path in this race.
2. Find spaces where you can drift or slide through to avoid hazards.
3. Watch ahead where the snowballs are rolling.
4. Timing and positioning is key. If you have to repeat the course over, do so. That way, you have an idea as to what to expect the next time you repeat this bonus challenge.
If you must, do not use manual drift so you can steer easily on land. Manual drift is fine if you are used to it by now. Good luck!
