I went to the BMW dealership today. It was the first of many trips I'll make there over the next few months in an attempt to buy a new car. For me this is not an enjoyable process. I don't like playing the negotiating game. It's always high pressure and the sales guys are never that good.
But at this visit I noticed something that BMW had done that was costing them a small fortune.
You wouldn't even know to look for it unless you had a lot of training.
But I guarantee you ever person who walks into that dealership FEELS it.
