Different hospital managers in various medical facilities in the country say health insurance known as 'mutuelle de sante' has caused them losses, as they have spent 5 years without payment, which affects their service delivery.
Directors of health centers and hospitals say the losses they have incurred due to lack of payment of health insurance for patients has affected service delivery.
