I Think Therefore I am Dreaming

Eugene Thacker's "In the Dust of this Planet" takes aim at Descartes as a philosopher in denial, describing him as backing away from the pessimistic conclusions his own philosophy inevitably leads to. In part one of this video series we consider the Cartesian subject as a dreaming subject.
