one large or three small roasted red peppers packed in water
one clove of garlic
three to four T of liquid from peppers or you can use water
2 dates that were soaked in warm water for a few minutes for easier blending.
2 T balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp onion powder
place all ingredients into your nutribullet or blender and blend till smooth.
pour into a glass jar and store in your fridge. It should last about 5-7 days but mine never lasts that long.
