"What, if any, legal repercussions exist for teachers who lie to parents of students who have an IEP or 504? Any lie that would impact the student's services. An example might be along the lines of, 'Johnny doesn't need OT his scores on the assessment show he is doing just fine.' Later you see the scores and they are far below normal. In the meantime Johnny either didn't receive OT services or was given minimal services."
