Where to find ingredients that you may have never heard of:

Field Roast Sausage: Whole Foods, Wegmans, Giant, or any well stocked market (typically near the tofu)

Pink Himalayan Salt: Whole Foods, Wegmans, Giant, or any well stocked market (in seasoning aisle)

Ingredients listed in video:

1 onion (chopped)
1 tbl garlic (minced)
1 bag of frozen pepper strips
1/2 cup carrot (shredded)
8 vegan sausage links (sliced into 1/2 inch pieces)
3/4 cup sliced mushroom (use whatever mushroom you like)
1/2 cup cherry tomato (sliced)
1 bunch spinach
Pink Himalayan Salt
Pepper
Smoked Paprkia
Garlic Powder
Sazon Complete

2 sweet potatoes (chopped)
4 servings Grits
1 cup quinoa (cooked)
Burrito Style Tortilla Wrap
Flour soft tacos

Bake Sweet potatoes at 425 degrees for 30, rotating every 10 min
