We're gonna ignore typos! Map of the soul concert ticket tips:
Most important change:
You can only use 1 PHONE NUMBER PER SHOW, thus 1 device per show.
Ticketmaster will send you a code to the phone number you provide and you will then type it in on the screen. Once you do that it will lead you to a captcha or the queue.
I THINK you can use the same phone number for multiple show dates during the regular sale (no clue about preregistered sale).
ex. there are two dates for the for the city you want to attend so you can use your phone number to be in the queue for each (I would use a separate device and possibly even a different email for each)
What I'm about to do:
Make sure I have my devices power cords, extra batteries, a stylus etc with me in case I need them
Make sure my devices are in a mode that doesn't allow them to "sleep".
Sign in to my Ticketmaster account and wait on the page with the countdown at least 20 minutes ahead of time. If it's the preregister sale I would sign into the email you used for that registration.
Double check my payment information and delete old/unwanted payment options on my account. (Tip have at least two payment options if you can just in case)
Or
If you cannot or don't feel comfortable saving it to your account, have the card(s) you want to pay with physically or have the numbers written down or typed on a document so you can reference it.
Recheck the maps (if available) that I have pulled up or printed out and have an idea of what sections I want to sit in. You may even want to write them down or have them circled so you know what you're going for.
I'm going to refresh my browser when the countdown goes to 14:00 minutes left before ticket sales.
Type my phone number in when prompted.

TIP type your phone number out (without the dashes) and copy it so that you can paste it when prompted. Ex. 2223334444
Probably complete one of those captcha things to prove I am not a robot. They didn't have one for MCR but if they may for BTS. Lately it's been the one with four pictures at the top of the page in line that are in a specific order (like a ball, phone, racket, bat, etc) and then there's a picture below that with all of those images randomly placed in the picture. You have to click on them in the order they are at the top to go to the next page.
Once you are on the next page you DO NOTHING. DO NOT REFRESH JUST LET IT COUNT DOWN.
The countdown will be a minute ahead of what time you think it should be but that's how it works. When the clock strikes down for the hour, you will be a minute behind but don't worry it will refresh after 1 minute and you'll see that much dreaded image of a person walking across a screen.
And then you wait and see.
When your time comes up in the queue you pick you will see what is available to you. If you plan to get multiple tickets or just one ticket change the quantity at the top other page. Keep in mind the limits if it is the pre-registered sale. Live nation said 2 per show for army membership presale and 4 in total for verified fan resale.
You can also select or deselect whether you want standard, vip gold, vip silver and or official platinum ( tickets with no benefits but are expensive af for no reason).
TIP: the ones that are a different color (usually orange) are VIP tickets so check if they're gold or silver and the price will reflect which one it is too.
Some people say to use the sidebar instead of the map itself but I feel like using the sidebar is too slow personally and you have to be fast when trying to get tickets. Click on the ones you want and hope you don't get that message that says "sorry another fan beat you to those tickets". If you see that message you can press ok and your browser will refresh to give you an updated map. I explained to my previous video you can just click outside of that box to get back to the map quicker but it won't be refreshed so keep that in mind.
Once you click on tickets that are available, you should be redirected.
I explained in a previous video you'll want to make sure your browser will allow pop-ups through from Ticketmaster or that you have the option to allow it through if need be. I typically use Firefox or Google Chrome because they will let you know if a pop-up was blocked and let you allow it through.
You should be signed in but sometimes it will time you out and ask you to re-sign in. Make sure you know your account information and passwords. Your account information should pop up (hopefully you already have that saved) and you're verifying that information along with your payment information payment information and whether or not you want to add ticket insurance.
Even with everything saved, it will be nerve-racking so double-check everything as best you can. Have someone double check it if you have that option.
Make sure you keep track of the time you have on each page so you don't get timed out.
Go until you get to the last page which says congrats!
