National code needed to address sexual violence on campus: Yip Pin Xiu

In Parliament on Feb 27, NMP Yip Pin Xiu highlighted that sexual violence on campus needs to be dealt with more stringently. She said relying on individual institutions to develop their own protocols is often inadequate, as it creates an uneven level of protection across the board.
