I’ve been learning this bone setting therapy since I was twelve. I began diagnosing and treating patients by the time I was fourteen under the guidance of my father. My father was a disciple of Grand Master Cheah Kan, a military doctor from China. By the time I turned 16, while I was furthering my martial arts training in Beijing, I delved further into the science of sports medicine in the Beijing University of Sports, thereby diagnosing sports injuries and dispensing ‘tit tar’ and ‘tui na’ treatment.
In 2006, I established a modern tit tar centre for the purpose of providing tit tar treatment to the general public as tit tar service has always been synonymous from a house or from martial arts school. As years passed, I refined this art of healing further and recently established the CLM Bone Setting Centre.
As the founder and chief physician of CLM which stands for Chris Leong Method, the centre has reach out to countless patients seeking this unique therapy in order to recover faster. This art of healing is also being thought to my team and I refer them as my elite team. My elite team and me had travelled far and wide to promote this special brand of traditional Chinese healing therapy, to countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, Dubai and Australia.
“Passionate in making people feel & recover better. Passion breeds happiness & happiness breeds positive energy & positive energy brings speedy recovery!”
ABOUT CLM
CLM (Chris Leong Method) is a bone setting therapy provider that dispenses treatment for bones and joints related ailments. This therapy is called ‘Tit Tar’ and is passed down through generations and has evolved along the way through the creativity and method improvements by Master Chris. At CLM, all therapists undergo extensive training before being qualified to treat patients.
Tit Tar is a healing system by treating the bones, joints and muscles for misalignment. Today, it is utilised to heal body traumas caused by everyday physical exertions, accidents or sports activities. Tit Tar utilises the arts of acupressure, which is an ancient science that deals with the flow of Qi or natural energy. Tit Tar stems from an ancient idea that any ache or pain stems from the disruption in the natural alignment and state of the bone, joint or muscle.
At CLM, treatment is dispensed using a combination of arts and science of TCM such as Tit Tar (bone setting), Tui Na (deep tissue massage) and Gua Sha (scrapping technique).
