When asked if you could turn off Exp Share Ohmori intentionally deflected the question, which implies that you cannot turn it off. GF, however, was quick to explicitly state that you can turn Auto-saves off, while simultaneously omitting the existence of a toggle for Exp Share seemingly deliberately.
