Sound issue with the HD60 S+

So I noticed an issue with my Elgato HD60 S+ that I picked up a few days ago. It does not sound correct at all when I record footage using it.

I've done the following but still have issues:
* Reinstalled the proprietary software.
* Updated the device firmware
* Tried different ports
* Tried different cables

Regardless of what I do the issue persist.
Anyone know how to fix this?
