How to make a Damage|Points Popup Text in Unity How to create simpe text popups in Unity? In this video we will make our own damage and point floating texts that appear after defeating a monster.


The Unity TextMesh Component allows us to use text without the need of the Canvas. That way we just Instanciate the Points/Damage text prefab with a simple c# script!
