π Ingredients for 4 people:
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery stem
1 cup chopped potatoes
1 onion brunoise
½ pumpkin
1 small mold butter
2 cup chicken stock
Salt and spices
π Recipe:
Chop all ingredients except for the pumpkin and pour it into a pan and saute with butter for 5 minutes. Then add chicken stock and allow it to cook completely.
While the ingredients are cooking, peel the pumpkin and clean its inside from seeds. Cutout in even sizes and add to the cooking ingredients.
Once the ingredients become very soft, start smoothing them with an electric stirrer to make them like a thin puree.
Tip: Do not use salt and spices if using chicken extract.
