Second Batch T Paint Fails within 12 seconds of rubbing with mild cleaner

After only 12 seconds of rubbing with a mild cleaner this paint is disappearing on all the badges from the second batch. A separate video on Youtube shows the same cleaner being used on the first batch of badges and the paint is unchanged after much more time rubbing. This is the standard expectation for quality paint.

The badges need to last in the sun and rain and many cleanings for at least 5 years as in the contract. The cleaner used here is designed to clean painted surfaces without removing paint, we use it often on many different painted surfaces.
