7 Advanced Boxing Combos for Developing SPEED, RHYTHM & FLOW In this video, I show 7 of my favourite boxing combos on the focus mitts that I like to drill for developing my speed, rhythm and flow!

Combo 1:
Jab cross - duck under - cross hook cross - jab jab cross - step back - cross - step to the side & quarter turn

Combo 2:
Jab cross jab cross - jab jab - right body hook - left body hook - right body hook - left head hook

Combo 3:
Jab rear uppercut lead uppercut cross - jab jab cross - step back - cross - step to the side and quarter turn - cross hook cross

Combo 4:
Jab hook cross - jab jab cross - jab cross - slip left - slip right

Combo 5:
Jab cross jab cross - slip the jab - cross - duck under - cross hook cross - carriage block - cross - step & quarter turn

Combo 6: Jab - drop shift cross by lifting the lead knee & throwing the cross simultaneously - step your left leg back into southpaw as you jab simultaneously - step back into orthodox stance & cross simultaneously - duck under - cross hook cross - cross

Combo 7:
Drop shift jab by lifting the lead knee - then step your left leg back into southpaw as you jab simultaneously - into a right hook - left uppercut - right hook - cross & step - shuffle into orthodox stance - cross hook
