Try our BTS Cardio Workout with 3 different levels to choose from. I will be showing low impact with no jumping on the left screen, limited mobility in the chair in the top middle screen and then high impact in the right screen. This is my first attempt at this style of workout. I want ALL fitness levels to be able to join together at the same time and be able to workout to some of our favorite music. I challenge you to give this workout a try and choose which level is best for you. You can also mix the levels together.
