FBA inbound shipments are often split into multiple shipments and sent to various Amazon fulfillment centers. So 200 of your items of one SKU can be split in half - 100 items go into one center and another 100 can go to another.
If you don't want Amazon to split the quantities per case, SellerCloud lets you create a case quantity. Products in cases are multiples of the same item, typically packaged by the manufacturer, with each case having the same quantity.
Here's what you need to do to configure a product's case quantity info in SellerCloud:
► Open the product's purchasing tab and complete the fields for case quantity
► Click 'Edit' and update the quantity of items per case, the case weight, and the case dimensions.
► Save and you're ready to go.
