What better way to start off the new year than by choosing to change the way you speak? The Bible says in Proverbs 18:21 that, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits." Even scientific research has proven the Biblical principle here that our words set things into motion in our lives. But we have to make sure we are speaking life and not death. Jesus said that if we have faith even as small as a tiny mustard seed and don't doubt we can say to the mountain, "be removed and cast into the see" and it will. (Mark 11:23 ; Matt. 17:20).
What mountains are you facing in your life that you need to choose to speak to this year? Choose to speak life and not death and you will eat the fruits of life. I promise. Try it and you will see!!! Change your speech and watch the mountains fall as you praise and lift the Lord up above your circumstances!
