2020 Weedsport Speedway Venue Video

Weedsport Speedway is located in the heart of central New York just off the Thruway Exit 40 and along the Erie Canalway Trail.. The speedway's main entrance is located on route 31 with additional access through the Dirt Motorsports Hall of Fame entrance, and Towpath Road, Racetrack Pit entrance. Just inside the main entrance are the Weedsport Speedway offices and DIRTCar Northeast Offices.

The racetrack venue has a Grand Entrance building which houses ticketing, the Gearbox retail store, first aid station, accessible restrooms, and customer service. Inside the gate is the Portside Pub Beer garden which features a full service bar, pizza stand, and live entertainment stage. The Beer garden overlooks a 12 foot by 7 foot HD LED display on the back of the Grand Entrance building.

The Pavilion houses Weedsport Speedway's award winning concessions, Grind House gourmet coffee shop, and Sunday's Ice Cream shop. The VIP access, turn 4 Sky deck was added in 2019. The Turn 4 skydeck is one of the best vantage points to see action on the track and can host groups with full catering and drink service.

Track-side features accessible, smoke free grandstands for fifty-five hundred fans. There are 6 luxury boxes, a race control and media broadcast tower, and innovative LED lighting surrounding the three eighth mile dirt oval racing surface. In the center of speedway is PortVision, a 27 foot by 16 foot HD LED video display. The entire facility is wifi enabled, fiber optically connected, and features a closed circuit television system with over 16 large screens to entertain, inform, and engage.

Camping is available with 34 reserved camper sites with 30 AMP electric hook-ups and 65 general camping sites in the main campground. The main campground features restrooms with shower stalls, pet relief area, playground, outdoor gaming, and picnic area. Additional general camping sites are available on property at the Towpath road campground. The property has direct access to the beautiful and Historic Erie Canalway Trail.

Weedsport Speedway is home to the DIRT Motorsports Hall of Fame, HBR Race Shop, and has additional lease-able race shop space. The Weedsport Kartway, also know as the “short port” was added in 2018. The kartway features a tech building, pit area, grand stands, control tower, accessible restrooms with showers, and picnic facilities.

Weedsport Speedway has a full service, on-site video production company, Weedsport Productions. Weedsport Production's is equipped with a mobile production vehicle and brand new in 2020, the Off Track Television Broadcast Studio.
