Seattle, Tacoma running low on homes to sell

Seattle and Bellevue have essentially run out of lower-priced “luxury” homes. Pierce County is more challenging for first-time buyers seeking homes for less than $500,000. Amid this, a Kitsap County developer is expanding its inventory.
