Shortage of basic necessities in Tharparkar

Tharparkar is located in the South-East of Sindh. It is the thirtieth district of Sindh Province of Pakistan. Ninety percent population of tharparkar lives in rural area. The main city of Thar is Mithi. Tharparkar has Muslim population and also the largest number of Hindu population in Pakistan. Rajhistani, Gujrati and Sindhi cultures are prominent in Thar. Thari dress and music are also very popular among peoples.
The people of Tharparkar district are deprived of fundamental rights and basic necessities of life. The entire region is in shortage of fresh, clean, drinking water and essential medicines.
