I love training opposing muscle groups. Today was one of those days that I was able to get that in exactly. Still recovering from a spontaneously influenced New Year celebration, I'm in the middle of the stay-cation to close out this high-stepping cascade of insanity! My body has someone come up with a strained right hip flexor. It actually hurts really bad and causes me to walk a little funny. It's cool though, high pain threshold, so what, a strained muscle, can't walk, I'll heal. Funny, though, I'll do any small movement, and BOW, strained groin....BOOM, side/rear shoulder....BAM, elbow is weird...lolol! You know? Anyway, just gotta be careful, that's all, I know what I did actually.
So, I was hitting the gym quick to close out Friday. Since New Year's fell on HUMP DAY, it's sorta weird doing anything productive til next week. So, I'm just chilling and prepping for my next thing that I want to put my focus in to.
