Power Query and Dynamic Arrays… The Excel Dream Team For Extracting Records

In this tutorial, I show you how to extract records conditionally from a list. Although I could do that by using nested Functions, Advanced Filter or a VBA Code… However, in this Tutorial I am Using Power Query and Dynamic arrays.
